Design & implement your research program
You've won the job. The client wants demonstrable results fast, and the deadline is not going to move. There's a ton of disparate information available, and the PMs are organising workshops, but there's no insight, cut-through and audience understanding you need to progress with confidence.
Bring me in to help you design the right research program, analyse the available information and use a variety of research methods to get you the insight you need. With a Masters in social sciences and a career in digital, I balance qual and quant methods, including, but not limited to: ethnography, interviews, workshops, keyword landscaping, data science, cognitive linguistics, analytics, benchmarking and persona design.
